Gillibrand Failing to Serve New Yorkers - Chele Farley for US Senate >

Gillibrand Failing to Serve New Yorkers as Measured Against her Predecessors

Kirsten Gillibrand: Historically inept, running for president or just doesn’t give a damn?

U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is either one of the most historically inept Senators in modern New York history, running for president, or she just doesn’t give a damn.

Gillibrand who took office in the United States Senate in 2009, after two years in the House of Representatives, has yet to pass one bill she has sponsored into law.  This is in stark comparison to the vast majority of her modern predecessors who have served in the U.S. Senate from New York.

“Kirsten Gillibrand is either historically inept, running for President or just doesn’t give a damn,” said Chele Farley.

She added, “Gillibrand doesn’t live in New York, doesn’t work for New Yorkers and clearly doesn’t care about New York.”

Which is why in his endorsement of Chele Farley, former U.S. Senator Alfonse D'Amato said, “The Kirsten Gillibrand of today is unrecognizable to the person who interned for me or even the person who served in Congress -- she has abandoned New Yorkers in her pursuit of her presidential ambitions."

In addition to establishing the annual “FISC Report”, Democrat Daniel Patrick Moynihan, who served 24 years from 1977-2001, passed a whopping 54 bills. Senator Chuck Schumer passed 31 bills and  Senator Alfonse D’Amato 25 bills.
