WHEN IT COMES TO DEFENDING ISRAEL THERE IS NO CLEARER CONTRAST THAN CHELE FARLEY AND KIRSTEN GILLIBRAND.
Chele Farley knows the United States has no stronger ally than Israel.
✔︎ Chele Farley had the pleasure of visiting Israel with Young Israel this past May. Ahead of the new U.S. Embassy’s official opening in Jerusalem, she met with Ambassador Friedman.
✔︎ She supported President Trump’s actions to move the embassy and to get out of the flawed Iran Nuclear deal.
✔︎ No state has as close a connection with the people of Israel than New York. As New York’s Senator, Chele will protect and strengthen that bond and stand strong to protect Israel’s security.
✔︎ She strongly supports and would vote for the anti-BDS legislation in Congress.
✔︎ She is exploring tuition vouchers at the federal level.
Kirsten Gillibrand used to be a supporter of Israel; however, in recent years she has taken positions against Israel:
✖︎ She supported the Iran Nuclear Deal.
✖︎ She voted against the Taylor Force Act (included in the Omnibus budget bill) which prevents US taxpayer dollars being given to the families of terrorists.
✖︎ She withdrew her name from anti-BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) legislation
✖︎ She wrote a glowing article in Time highlighting Linda Sarsour’s efforts organizing the 2017 Women’s March. Sarsour is a critic of Israel who supports the BDS movement and Louis Farrakhan, as well as being a supporter of one state solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict.
✖︎ She held a public town hall meeting on Long Island on a Friday evening knowing Orthodox Jews could not attend and speak out against her anti-Israel positions.
